Your name, email, phone number if you add it, and your quiz answers. We also collect basic device and traffic data automatically, plus billing details if you buy. We never store your full card number.
To send your quiz result and Survival Kit, to send the emails and texts you signed up for, to deliver what you buy, and to improve our pages and ads. Your quiz result is a coaching tool, not a medical record.
Text consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, HELP for help, or unsubscribe from any email.
We do not sell your personal information. We use cookies and ad pixels to measure our pages and campaigns, and we share data only with the providers who run our site, email, texts, payments, and analytics, or when the law requires it.
